Silvertone - Middle Period - throughout the 1920s
A stunning matte finish line with heavily textured backgrounds depicting a variety of floral decorations with detailed accents of stems, leaves and branches. The majority have a pale lavender background with pastel yellow, rose or white flowers contrasting with green stems and leaves or brown branches and green leaves. Some forms have twisted handles, while others have branch like handles. The rims can be either smooth or ruffled, while many fan vases have a saw-tooth rim.
Pieces have been found with Trial Glazes of various colors.
The pieces can be marked or unmarked. The marked pieces may have any one of a variety of markings, two of which are the "Full-kiln" ink stamp or the circular "Weller Ware" ink stamp.
More in-depth detail is available in any one of the books in the Bibliography.
