Etna - Early Period - Introduced in 1906
An elegantly simple line in a Hi-Gloss finish with smooth backgrounds varying from white to charcoal, decorated with florals or berries in various shades of pink or purple. There are some hard to find forms decorated with either a lizard, a snake and frog, or a mouse.
The rims are typically smooth.
This line can be found unmarked or marked with "Weller" on the side near the base, or the die impressed "Weller" and⁄ "Etna" on the base.
More in-depth detail is available in any one of the books in the Bibliography.
